NO REFUNDS; unless there was an error on my end! (EX: Wrong color/print)
- I won't give you a refund if your LO damaged or lost her bow, that is not my doing.
(If it comes undone, which is hardly ever, you could bring it back to me if you’re local.)
- All items are custom to your needs/order so there is no refunds or exchanges.
- Shipping delays are out of my control- Once I leave it at the PO anything that happens afterwards is not on me.
- The only time I will send a refund is if you placed an order and purchased, but turns out I don't have it in stock.
